Yes, we offer different warranty options:
  • Standard: 3 months warranty on all pre-owned devices
  • Extended: Optional 6 or 12 month warranty available for purchase
  • Manufacturer's Warranty: Some newer pre-owned devices may still be covered by the original manufacturer's warranty
Warranty covers hardware defects but not accidental damage or liquid damage.

We use professional diagnostic tools to check battery health:
  • For iPhones: We check the battery health percentage in Settings and verify with Coconut Battery
  • For Android: We use AccuBattery and manufacturer diagnostic tools
  • We perform charge cycle tests to verify battery performance
  • All batteries must hold at least 70% of original capacity

We offer a 7-day return policy on all pre-owned devices:
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
  • Device must be in the same condition as received
  • Original packaging and accessories must be included
  • Refund will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • Return shipping is free for defective devices
